You will be enrolling employees in voluntary benefits that pay money directly to them that can help them during challenging times. In addition to providing financial protection, you’ll help employees better understand their benefits with end-to-end enrollment support. It’s all part of our commitment to helping America’s workers when they need it most.
The role for this position is quite simple - the candidate will meet individually with employees at our client sites to explain the benefits available to them and where they may need the added protection. Once those gaps are identified you will conduct the enrollment with the employees individually, either through co-browsing or call session.
Experience is NOT necessary, training is provided.
