Candidate will be required to perform as a Business Development Lead with the goal to maximize the reach of platform and:
- Work towards getting tech institutes onboard as talent partners.
- Make key connections with local/foreign software houses as opportunity providers.
- Organize Bootcamps in various software streams ex: PHP Laravel Framework and React. Js to create freelance teams.
- Documenting the procedures and planning and executing expansion possibilities.
- Help the web development team to identify bugs and suggest features for enhancements required for the growth of platform.
