(V)WeCare are committed to providing our Employees a stable work environment with equal opportunity for learning and personal growth.We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage Inbound customer queries and complaints via phone, e-mails, and chat.

Job Requirement:

  • Must have experience on Zendesk
  • Must have at least 1 year of customer service, call center experience
  • Must have high speed internet at home
  • Must be able to work from home in a quite space
  • Shift timing – 7 days, 10 am to 6 pm (40 hours a week). Full time job
  • Should be able to start immediately
  • Remote interview, training and operations
  • Preferably they should have their own laptop, headset
  • Preferably they should have knowledge of electronics, warranty process and some technical skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
Should have Customer service skills, active listening, phone skills, problem-solving, computer friendly and Multi-tasking.
Good typing speed.
Must be ready to work on weekends and shifts.
Education Required: High School or equivalent
Pay rate : $ 12.00/ hour
