Job Requirement:
- Must have experience on Zendesk
- Must have at least 1 year of customer service, call center experience
- Must have high speed internet at home
- Must be able to work from home in a quite space
- Shift timing – 7 days, 10 am to 6 pm (40 hours a week). Full time job
- Should be able to start immediately
- Remote interview, training and operations
- Preferably they should have their own laptop, headset
- Preferably they should have knowledge of electronics, warranty process and some technical skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
Should have Customer service skills, active listening, phone skills, problem-solving, computer friendly and Multi-tasking.
Good typing speed.
Must be ready to work on weekends and shifts.
Education Required: High School or equivalent
Pay rate : $ 12.00/ hour
