Responsibilities:

-150-250 cold calls per day (we provide all leads)

- Set appointments after qualifying, collecting documents, setting up closing calls.

- Attend all morning meets and training's

Experience:

- Must have 1+ year(s) of Inside sales and or call center experience

- Proven ability to achieve daily goals, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Commission Structure:

Payout: After the clients file closes you receive .005% of total debt enrolled. Average deal size is $140K. That would yield a $700 pay out.

Bonus: Receive an additional $200 for every deal after the first 5. For example, if you have 8 closed deals for the month you will receive an additional $600.

Income potential: 8 closed deals for the month at an average debt enrolled of 140K will yield a total monthly income of $6,200. ($700 * 8 + $600 = $6,200).

My top reps are closing 10-15 deals per month, the average for the office is 8 deals closed.
