Candidates must be very comfortable in a call center environment and have a strong belief in the importance of QUALITY sales & customer service.
The ideal Patient Support Representative is motivated, has call center experience, is Bilingual (Spanish & English)
MUST HAVE GED OR HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA.
THIS POSITION IS EXPECTED TO START ON JULY 6, 2020
2 Shifts Available:
Monday through Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm or Monday through Friday 11:30am - 8:00pm
- MUST have customer service experience in a Call Center environment.
- Handle client/patient questions, complaints, requests or inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy & professionalism, with the goal of one-call resolution & patient retention.
- Conduct inbound and/or outbound calls to patients, doctors’ offices, and insurance companies as necessary or required to complete tasks.
- Respond to telephone inquiries (inbound/outbound calls): ascertain patient needs; respond appropriately & with urgency to patient requests, questions, complaints & concerns.
- Provide patients with accurate, timely, and satisfactory solutions to potential & arising complaints & concerns about their orders, devices, usage, and physician-ordered prescription(s).
- Overcome objections & effectively resolve customer concerns with the goal of retaining patient accounts. Offer alternative solutions as appropriate.
- Ensure accurate update & entry of changes to order/re-order quantities as requested by physician &/or patient. Ensure that proper authorization and/or documentation is received before additional supplies are shipped to patient, as required.
- Ensure accurate changes / data entry of patient records in information systems, including service issues. Update patient files for known changes to patient records.
Medical knowledge is not required!

Requirements:
- MUST have customer service experience in a Call Center environment.
- Clear English-speaking voice & proper phone etiquette; professional communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment with great accuracy.
- Ability to “multi-task" – handle calls and data entry simultaneously.
- Listening skills & critical thinking ability.
- High tolerance for repetitive tasks.
- Willingness & ability to provide superior customer service.
- Able to work weekend hours as necessary or required.
