Our company is looking for a Work from Home Customer Service Representative. This position is geared towards someone who is good at customer service and has strong computer skills. This is a work from home position for the residents of the state of New Jersey.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Solving problems, answering questions, and resolving concerns presented by customers
- Explanation of our products and services
- Customer Relationship and Client Care
- Interacting with customers primarily by phone and email
- Work through creative solutions to effectively answer customer questions, provide guidance, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and route feedback
- Help with customer retention and contribute with recommendations for improving our processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Effective communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a service environment dealing with the public preferred but not required
- Must be a resident in New Jersey
You will help us create and maintain excellent relationships with our clients by providing outstanding customer services and answering all their questions and inquiries. Schedules vary and will be discussed during the interview.
