Undertook the key role of implementing an IT infrastructure from scratch. Designed a web accessed database to manage the orders and invoice processes to provide an Operational Support System for a franchise business - Ensured the system could continually absorb new functionality to keep pace with changing business requirements - Outcome delivered vastly improved efficiency for the franchisees who could have constant access to job information and print sales invoices while mobile and the main franchiser could have instant and accurate information on the activity of its' franchisees.
