In the last few years of my career I have groomed myself as a preliminary SQA, an intermediate Business analyst and a full time Software Technical Writer. I want to apply my skills and capabilities more so that I can be a vital and committed resource for the organization I’m working. I have worked on Software Development Documentation as well as Software Testing Documentation. I have good working experience of around 2 years on RoboHelp and Macfare as online help tools. Along with these online helping tools I have worked on almost every documentation tool available in the market. I know the concepts of Software Development Life Cycle SDLC, Software Testing Life Cycle STLC and Document Development Life Cycle DDLC, and I can implement these concepts in the Technical Software documentations. Either it could be related to Technical sides, user manuals, help guides, knowledge base, web content writing, blog writing IT governance and software processes.
